This UEE40611 - Certificate IV in Electrotechnology – System Electrician course has been designed as gap training and a transitional pathway for qualified electricians and graduates of electrical trade (AQF III) who desire a qualification as an system electrician.
The candidate will gain tremendous knowledge through our elective units which emphasises the use of:
This qualification provides competencies to select, install, commission, fault find field instrumentation and electrical systems typically installed in explosion protection areas. You will gain knowledge and “hands on” skills in.
This qualification includes all ERAC requirements for issuance of an 'Electrician's licence'
Candidates must hold a current Unrestricted Electricians licence
The Co-contribution Fee for UEE40611 is $1800. Tech Skills Australia delivers 14 units of competencies listed below at the cost of $100 each, the remaining course fees are distributed evenly to cover admin fees, service fees, and student resources including units credit transferred from UEE30811 – Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent.
Note: The candidate will no longer be eligible for a government-subsidised training place under a program once they complete the qualification level targeted through this program.
Theory and practical training.
UEENEEG105A - Those holding an ‘Unrestricted Electricians Licence’ or equivalent issued in an Australian State or Territory meets the requirements of this unit and its pre-requisite requirements.
All units’ annotated “Electricians licence” will be Credit Transferred. (http://training.gov.au/Training/Details/UEE40611)
